Prompt delivery by Rainbow, but disappointing product from Thule, and not to the standard I expect from them. The instructions did not match the product and, I think, had one complete step missed out, and also didn't fit together as shown due to additional plastic protrusions, all which caused much confusion and delay and, ultimately, forced me to work out how to do it and adapt myself. They also show some nice clear diagrams of bolting the brackets to the underside of the van but forget to mention that, on a left hand side door, you need to remove the fuel tank to fit the bracket! Products seems well built though and after I have used up sufficient fuel to enable me to drop the tank and fit the bracket, I am sure will be fine. Unfortunately that means that I wont be able to continue fitting it for several weeks. Irritating.
