Quick call before I purchased this item as I am no expert. Friendly lady answered all my questions so placed my order online. It arrived a couple of days later due to a weekend getting in the way of the delivery van. The tap was well packed and everything we need came with it and should be a perfect like for like product replacement. I can't belive I had not hear of this company before but I would happily use them again and recommend them to my friends. Thanks

I ordered this as a direct replacement for one I had fitted it has been updated as to pipe fitments and is far better than the old one and easy to fit and use excellent product

Great customer service. Ordered the product on Monday evening and it was delivered by lunch time Wednesday. Product was well packaged and easy to fit. Thank you for a great service.
