On-line orders are being processed and normally shipped with a 2-3 day delivery time. If you need to get in touch with us, please do so via the 'contact us' page on the website or leave a voice message on our answer phone and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that our shop is not operating as “normal” at this time, to ensure the safety of both our customers and staff! We do, however, offer an appointment system, please email us or telephone, leave a message and we will contact you to arrange a suitable day/time.
Our standard charge is just £5.95 for delivery to UK mainland areas. In general, during the week Monday to Friday, orders received up to around midday are processed the same day. Orders received during the afternoon and in the evening or at weekends will be processed the next working day. For delivery we use either a Next Day Courier service or Royal Mail. If a valid email address was entered upon ordering then you should be kept up to date with the status of your order. Should your need be urgent or should you require a specific date for delivery then please contact us beforehand to arrange and check that your requirements can be met. All orders are subject to cleared payment being received and stock being allocated to your orders. Should any items be out of stock then we will contact you. Although most customers received their orders within 1-2 days of an order being placed (not including weekends or bank holidays) please do allow 3-5 days for delivery to cover all eventualities.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland at present due to courier requirements.If an order is placed with a delivery address to Northern Ireland, we reserve the right to charge the cost for refund fees.
Please note that we do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 7.am and 6.pm; we are unable to confirm a time and a signature will be required. Should you not be in at the time of delivery then a card will be left with necessary details to arrange a re-delivery.
